Event Overview
Join us for an unforgettable evening under the stars at The Upcycled Soirée, an outdoor costume ball fundraiser supporting Artable Curiosities. We provide free classroom supplies to teachers and keep art supplies out of landfills by collecting and reselling donated materials.Event Details:- Date: October 17, 2025- Time: 6 PM to 10 PM- Venue: Outdoor location in Seguin, TX (Capacity: 200 guests)- Featuring live music - FIND BAND- Family-friendly, inclusive, and focused on creative reuse.
Ticket Pricing
General Admission: $35 - Includes entry, 1 drink ticket, gallery and booth accessVIP Admission: $60 - Includes all GA perks plus VIP seating and a swag bag Children under 12: $10 - Includes access to craft zone and kids' contest*Early Bird Discount: $5 off tickets purchased before September 1*. (family package 2 adults-2kids + 60.00).

Costume Ball Contest Rules
🎭 Costume Contest Rules
- Eligibility – All attendees in costume are welcome to enter. (If you wish to participate, sign up at the registration table by 7:00p .)
- Categories (adjust as needed):
- Best Reuse Inspired Costume
- Best Group / Duo
- Best Kids Favorite
- Judging Criteria – Costumes will be evaluated based on:
- Creativity & Originality (how unique the idea is)
- Craftsmanship (effort, detail, and presentation)
- Theme Relevance (if themed event)
- Performance/Stage Presence (confidence, personality, flair)
- Contest Process –
- Contestants will parade or be called on stage for viewing.
- Judges will score based on the criteria.
- Winners will be announced at 9:00 pm .
- Prizes – One prize will be awarded per category. (No contestant may win more than one category unless it’s a group award.)
- Rules of Conduct –
- Costumes must remain family-friendly.
- No dangerous props, open flames, liquids, or anything that may cause harm or damage.
- Contestants must remain respectful toward other participants and judges’ decisions.
- Final Say – Judges’ decisions are final.
- Celebrate the Spirit – This contest is about fun, creativity, and community—let’s cheer each other on!
